12 weeks · one-on-one · with Ashley Jangro
In 12 weeks you'll become a certified life coach, turning the thing people already come to you for into real coaching you can confidently charge for.
Taught by a therapist and coach · Trained in the AERO method

Sound familiar?
You've heard it a hundred times. Friends call you first. You just don't know how to go from being the person everyone talks to, to being a coach.
You're great in the moment, and people feel better after talking to you. But when someone is really stuck, you're not always sure how to help them get somewhere new.
You've been helping people for free your whole life. Asking for money for the same conversations feels strange (for now).

Twelve weeks of one-on-one training with me, practice with real clients, and your life coach certification when you pass. I take a limited number of one-on-one students at a time.
Your instructor
I'm a therapist, and I value that clinical training deeply. Even so, the tools I reach for most often are my coaching tools. In my experience, they're often the more powerful and more direct way to help clients create real change in their lives.
I believe in life coaching because I've lived it. I've used these tools to change how I show up as a parent in a blended family with six kids, to strengthen my relationships, and to build a six-figure coaching business.
Now I teach others to coach the same way, with the structure, ethics and evidence-based practices that come from my clinical background.
You'll learn coaching from someone who also knows the clinical side, including how to tell when a client needs more than coaching can give.
I trained there, then worked there as a life coach and instructor. I know what great coach training looks like from the inside.
I've spent over 20 years building and selling online. Marketing yourself and getting paid is part of what I teach, because it's where most new coaches get stuck.
I started out as a teacher, with a master's in curriculum and instruction. I know how to make something click, and I'll make sure it does for you.
For practices and organizations
I come to you and certify your team together, so everyone is coaching with the same language and the same method. It's a great fit for therapy practices, wellness teams and organizations that want their people to have real coaching skills.
Life coaching isn't regulated. There's no official body that decides who gets to coach, how coaches are trained, or even what "life coaching" means. Some private organizations offer their own accreditation, which tells you a program meets their standards and has paid to use their name.
Here's what I've seen over and over: clients don't hire you because of the name on your certificate. They hire you because they believe you can help them. My job is to make sure you can. Your certificate shows you've done the training and passed the assessment to prove it, and from there your work and your reputation become your credibility.
AERO is my method for walking someone out of a spiral, step by step. It stands for Awareness (noticing what's happening in your brain, body and behavior), Emotional regulation (feeling the emotion so it can pass), Reframe to retrain (changing the thoughts that keep you stuck) and Ownership (choosing the outcome you want).
As a certified coach, you'll be trained to use AERO with your own clients, and you can tell people you're trained in the AERO method. Teaching or certifying other coaches in AERO requires separate authorization from me.
Because you'll finish ready to actually be a coach. We'll cover what to do inside a session, from the first question to the moment it clicks. We'll also cover choosing your niche, explaining what you do, marketing yourself and getting paying clients, since knowing how to coach doesn't help much if no one knows you're a coach.
And it's taught by a therapist, using evidence-based practices and brain science. You'll understand why the tools work, and you'll know when someone needs more support than coaching can give.
No. This is for people who have always been the one others come to. You already have the instincts. The certification gives them a structure, and teaches you the skills that make it coaching (and not just a really good conversation with a friend).
A certified life coach, trained in the AERO method. You can also name the kind of coaching you do once you choose your niche, which we'll work on together.
Nobody can promise you clients, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What I can promise is that we'll work on it: who you want to help, how to talk about what you do, and how to find the people who need you. You'll practice with real clients during the program, so you'll already have coaching experience when you finish.
It's hybrid. The heart of it is live one-on-one sessions with me, plus material you can work through on your own time between sessions.
You'll have 90 days to work on the areas that need it and try again. The assessment is there to make sure you're ready, and I want you to pass.
Yes. At checkout you can pay in full or choose Affirm or Klarna to split it into payments.
All sales are final, and there are no refunds. I hold your spot and my time for the full 12 weeks, so I ask that you be sure before you enroll. If you have questions first, I'm happy to talk them through with you.
Yes, and there's a track built for you. Therapists already have the clinical skills, so we focus on how coaching differs from therapy and how to add it to your practice.
