By enrolling in the AERO Coach Certification ("the Program") offered by Ashley Jangro Coaching LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't enroll.
The Program is a 12-week, one-on-one coach training and certification in a hybrid format: live sessions with Ashley plus materials you work through on your own time. Certification requires completing the training, the practice coaching, and the competency assessment. If you don't pass the assessment, you'll have 90 days to work on the areas that need it and try again.
The schedule, content and specific deliverables may be adjusted at our discretion to better serve you.
Life coaching is not a regulated profession, and this certification is not affiliated with or accredited by any outside accrediting body. Your certificate shows that you completed our training and passed our assessment. It is not a license to practice therapy, counseling or any other licensed profession.
Tuition is due at enrollment and is processed securely through Stripe. If you choose a buy-now-pay-later option such as Affirm or Klarna at checkout, your payment agreement is with that provider, and we receive your tuition in full.
All sales are final. Tuition is non-refundable for any reason once you enroll, because we reserve your spot and our time for the full 12 weeks. If you need to pause or withdraw, contact us. We'll do our best to work with you, but no refund will be issued.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, your access to the Program will end immediately.
You agree to treat your practice clients ethically and respectfully, keep what they share confidential, and refer clients to a licensed professional when they need more support than coaching can provide. We may end your participation, without a refund, if you violate these terms or act in a way that puts clients or others at risk.
All program materials, recordings, templates and frameworks, including the AERO method, are the intellectual property of Ashley Jangro Coaching LLC.
You may use the AERO method and program tools with your own coaching clients, and you may say that you are trained in the AERO method.
You may not share, resell or distribute program materials, or use them to teach, train or certify other coaches, or to create a competing program, without written authorization from Ashley Jangro Coaching LLC.
This Program is coach training. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, clinical supervision, or legal, financial or medical advice for you or your clients.
We provide training, tools and support, but we make no guarantees about your results, income, number of clients or business outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort and many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashley Jangro Coaching LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program or your coaching of others. Our total liability will not exceed the tuition you paid.
We may update these terms from time to time. Enrolled students will be told about significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
